Slightly tangential to Does anyone else feel but newstart_MO reminded me — does anyone have experience combining this with metformin?

Reading this thread on Does anyone else feel hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 295 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

I am in a similar situation (just started) and trying to set realistic expectations.
