Key improvements: A1C 7.6% → 5.5%, triglycerides 229 → 99 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.1 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 9 months.
The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.

I started my GLP-1 journey in March 2025 at 255 lbs with metabolic syndrome. My telehealth provider prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.
Now, 12 months later: I am down 70 lbs, my labs have normalized, and my sleep apnea has improved dramatically. The Does anyone else aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.
