This is exactly right. rick_sfbay articulated what I have been trying to explain to my doctor for months. The 100 lbs lost in 14 months aspect is the most important factor.

Slightly tangential to 100 lbs lost in 14 months but paige_pharma reminded me — what is the latest on the oral formulations?
