I respect KristenIndy perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: Compounded sema shortage my — the effect size varies considerably by population.
I am not saying KristenIndy wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The SURMOUNT data specifically shows baseline BMI-dependent responses.

Reading this thread on Compounded sema shortage hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 293 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.
9 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 68 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

Dr.CardioMD — that is really helpful context on Compounded sema shortage . Follow-up question: did you experience any side effects during this phase?
I am in a similar situation (about to start) and trying to set realistic expectations.
