Reading this thread on Spotify playlists for hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 297 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

This is exactly right. newstart_MO articulated what I have been trying to explain to my doctor for months. The Spotify playlists for aspect is the most important factor.
