Greek yogurt bark!! Spread greek yogurt on parchment paper, add berries and dark chocolate chips, freeze for 2 hours. It's basically ice cream but make it ✨protein✨

Egg bite muffins for the week. 12 eggs, whatever cheese and veggies you have, pour into muffin tin, 350 for 20 min. I make like 24 at a time and freeze half. Lazy? Yes. Effective? Also yes.

I literally make these every Sunday too!! I add turkey sausage crumbles. We should start a meal prep support group lol
