Specific question about new year goals check-in june 2026 that I have not seen answered clearly anywhere:

Does timing matter?

Context: I am week 4 on 0.5mg sema. My provider said one thing but I have read conflicting info online.

Would appreciate hearing from people with direct experience, not just theoretical answers.

To answer the question about New Year goals check-in June 2026 progress report — in my experience this comes down to a few key factors.

I have been dealing with this for several months now, and what I have found is that individual responses really do vary. That said, the general consensus on New Year goals check-in June seems solid.

What specifically worked for me: tracking everything in a spreadsheet. I would suggest mike_mod try the same approach and reporting back.

Good question. For New Year goals check-in June 2026, here is what the evidence says:

  • The clinical trial data (SURMOUNT program) supports this approach
  • Real-world results from this community generally confirm the trial findings
  • Individual variation is real — give it at least 8 weeks before judging

Happy to go deeper on any of these points if helpful.

Slightly tangential to New Year goals check-in but sophie_paris reminded me — has anyone else noticed changes in their alcohol tolerance?

I know it is not exactly on-topic but it seems related enough to ask here rather than starting a new thread. Apologies if this has been covered — I did search first.
