Anyone else dealing with people keep asking if i am from a cost perspective?

I have been paying $280/month and I am trying to get insurance to cover it.

To answer the question about People keep asking if I am sick and it is getting old — in my experience this comes down to a few key factors.

I have been dealing with this for over a year now, and what I have found is that individual responses really do vary. That said, the general consensus on People keep asking if I am seems solid.

What specifically worked for me: getting baseline labs before making any changes. I would suggest ricardo_MIA try the same approach and reporting back.

Completely agree with Dr.SleepRoch. I would add that People keep asking if I am also has implications for long-term metabolic health that sometimes get overlooked in these discussions.

In my case, following a similar approach led to significant improvements compared to what I was doing before.

Subscribing to this thread. People keep asking if I is exactly what I've been researching. 🙏

As a pharmacist, I want to add some clinical context to this discussion on People keep asking if I am sick and it.

Building on what ricardo_MIA said — the evidence base here is robust. The key publications to reference are from the SELECT program[1].

Key clinical points:

  1. Efficacy is dose-dependent and typically requires 4-5 weeks to reach steady state
  2. Side effect profile is predictable and usually manageable with standard protocols
  3. Monitoring should include baseline labs and follow-up at 3-month intervals
  4. Patient education significantly improves outcomes and adherence

Standard disclaimer: this is educational, not individualized medical advice.
