OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Powerlifting on GLP-1 my.
To answer PedsEndoPhilly: I started tracking everything in a spreadsheet from day 1.

This is exactly right. NicoleRaleigh articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Powerlifting on GLP-1 my aspect is what made the difference for me.
