Insurance denied me AGAIN - I am so frustrated

Okay I need help with this — insurance denied me again - i.

I have been dealing with this for weeks and I am getting frustrated. Googling just gives me contradictory information and my doctor does not seem to take it seriously.

Please tell me someone here has been through this and come out the other side. What did you do? What finally worked?

I know there are some really knowledgeable people on this forum so I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. 😩
