Slightly tangential to Semaglutide liver fat but BethLabQueen reminded me — has the insurance landscape changed recently?
I know it is not exactly on-topic but it seems related enough to ask here rather than starting a new thread. Apologies if this has been covered — I did search first.

This is exactly right. RickReta_CO articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Semaglutide liver fat aspect is what made the difference for me.
Adding my data to this Semaglutide liver fat discussion:
| Metric | Baseline | Month 3 | Month 6 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weight | 256 lbs | 241 lbs | 201 lbs |
| A1C | 7.0% | 5.8% | 5.2% |
| hsCRP | 5.0 | 2.0 | 0.6 |
Protocol: Semaglutide 2.4mg/wk, resistance training 3x/wk, protein 1.3g/kg/day.
