Brought my sema through customs and is not that straightforward in my experience

This is exactly right. Dr.KarenChen articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Brought my sema through aspect is what made the difference for me.

Reading this thread on Brought my sema through hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 273 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

9 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 48 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Brought my sema — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

PeptideChemSF — that is really helpful context on Brought my sema through. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer SleepDoc_PDX's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, Brought my sema through is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.
