Slightly tangential to CagriSema (amylin + but Dr.AddMedPHL reminded me — has the insurance landscape changed recently?

This is exactly right. HealthEcon_DC articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The CagriSema (amylin + aspect is what made the difference for me.
