This is exactly right. PurityPaulOR articulated what I have been trying to explain to my doctor for months. The I do not recognize myself aspect is the most important factor.

This is exactly right. jim_asheville articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The I do not recognize myself aspect is what made the difference for me.
