To answer FDA_TrackerJim's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, Sleep quality changes on GLP-1 is well-supported by the literature.

The short answer: follow the standard titration protocol and reassess at 4-6 weeks.

The longer answer involves pharmacokinetic considerations around steady-state concentrations, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.

Relevant to Sleep quality changes on GLP-1 — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 7.6% → 5.5%, triglycerides 193 → 93 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.1 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 9 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Sleep quality changes on.

To answer ricardo_MIA: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

labquiet_amy — that is really helpful context on Sleep quality changes on. Follow-up question: did you change anything about your diet at the same time?

I am in a similar situation (month 2) and trying to set realistic expectations.

Want to share my personal experience related to Sleep quality changes on GLP-1 since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in October 2024 at 281 lbs with prediabetes and hypertension. My endocrinologist prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 6 months later: I am down 76 lbs, my labs have normalized, and I am off 2 of my 3 medications. The Sleep quality aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This community helped me every step of the way.
