Clinical perspective on Social media comparison trap my results:

I have managed over 200 patients on GLP-1 therapy and this topic comes up frequently. What the data shows — and what I see in practice — is that proper titration prevents most adverse events.

For this specific question, I would recommend: reviewing the relevant clinical guidelines.

Subscribing to this thread. Social media comparison is exactly what I've been researching. 🙏

Reading this thread on Social media comparison hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 265 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

11 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 40 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Social media — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

This is exactly right. BiostatsBrad articulated what I have been trying to explain to my doctor for months. The Social media comparison aspect is the most important factor.
