GraceAZ_72 — that is really helpful context on HSA/FSA eligibility for. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?
I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer LindaRN_retired: I started tracking everything in a spreadsheet from day 1.
