I respect bri_stats perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: Appeal letter template anyone — the effect size varies considerably by population.
I am not saying bri_stats wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The SURMOUNT data specifically shows baseline BMI-dependent responses.

Reading this thread on Appeal letter template hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 269 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

SandraNC_45 — that is really helpful context on Appeal letter template . Follow-up question: did you experience any side effects during this phase?
I am in a similar situation (about to start) and trying to set realistic expectations.
