Slightly tangential to Semaglutide fatty acid but mike_nyc reminded me — has the insurance landscape changed recently?
I know it is not exactly on-topic but it seems related enough to ask here rather than starting a new thread. Apologies if this has been covered — I did search first.

This is exactly right. ricardo_MIA articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Semaglutide fatty acid aspect is what made the difference for me.
Adding my data to this Semaglutide fatty acid discussion:
| Metric | Baseline | Month 5 | Month 6 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weight | 244 lbs | 224 lbs | 209 lbs |
| A1C | 6.8% | 6.0% | 5.2% |
| hsCRP | 8.0 | 4.0 | 1.0 |
Protocol: Semaglutide 1.7mg/wk, resistance training 3x/wk, protein 1.6g/kg/day.
