Went to Walgreens near me and they had Hospira 30mL in stock. $12. Done and done. Thanks everyone for the fast responses! 👍

One more tip — once you puncture a bac water vial, it's good for 28 days per USP <797> guidelines (the benzyl alcohol keeps it preserved, but multi-puncture introduces contamination risk over time). Write the date you first punctured it on the vial. And always swab the stopper with alcohol before each use.
