Adding my CompoundPharm data points:

5 orders over 8 months, all lyophilized semaglutide 10mg:

• Oct 2025: 98.5% (Janoshik)
• Nov 2025: 99.0% (Janoshik)
• Jan 2026: 98.7% (PeptideMeter)
• Feb 2026: 98.8% (Janoshik)
• Jun 2026: 99.2% (PeptideMeter)

Remarkably consistent. The highest I've seen from any compounder. For reference, pharmaceutical-grade semaglutide API is typically 99.0-99.5% pure, so these numbers suggest they're using high-quality raw material.

I also want to note that CompoundPharm provides their own in-house COA with each order — but I still recommend independent testing. Trust but verify.

First time ordering from any compounder — went with CompoundPharm based on this thread and other reviews. My 5mg semaglutide vial arrived yesterday. Quick notes:

• Packaging was excellent — insulated box, frozen gel pack, temp indicator strip (showed green = maintained cold chain)
• Vial had a professional label with lot number, expiration (18 months out), and "For Research Use Only" disclaimer

Overall: 8/10. One of the better compounders I've used. I'd recommend them with the caveat to order lyophilized, not pre-mixed, and always independently test your first order.
