Want to share my personal experience related to Semaglutide titration since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in October 2024 at 287 lbs with prediabetes and hypertension. My endocrinologist prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 12 months later: I am down 87 lbs, my labs have normalized, and I am off 2 of my 3 medications. The Semaglutide aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This community helped me every step of the way.

Just wanted to say — for anyone reading this Semaglutide thread who is feeling discouraged: it gets better. The first few weeks are the hardest. Hang in there. 💪

I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with Semaglutide titration since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.

8 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been consistent with the data shared here.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. The clinical trial landscape has evolved since then.

Yep. My endo said the same thing about Semaglutide.
