This is exactly right. TomTeleRx articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Semaglutide titration aspect is what made the difference for me.

I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with Semaglutide titration since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.

11 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been even better than expected based on this discussion.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. Some of the vendor information may be outdated.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Semaglutide titration.

To answer Dr.Martinez: yes, I am on compounded sema from a 503B pharmacy.

Quick update: things are still going well. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏
